Des Moines, Iowa -- A1C Jennifer Schwaigert epitomizes the Diamond Sharp Award. Airman Schwaigert sets the example for all airmen to follow through her professionalism and belief in the Air Force's Core Values. Airman Schwaigert is a motivated, proactive and valued member of the Aircrew Flight Equipment Section. She is highly respected by her supervisors and peers alike. Airman Schwaigert has received numerous accolades in her military career, including BMT Honor Graduate, recipient of the BMT "Thunderbolt Award" for fitness excellence, the Iowa Leadership Ribbon for academic achievement at technical school, and was top graduate of her class. Airman Schwaigert is also a recipient of the Wing Commander's Coin and the "Herky Coin" from the Operations Group Commander. She exceeds standards in dress and appearance and customs and courtesies. Airman Schwaigert is a dedicated member of the 132nd Fighter Wing and is a significant asset to the 132nd Operations Group.
