185th KC-135 performs aerial refueling of 132nd F-16s during deployment in Australia.

The boom of a KC-135 fuel tanker from the Sioux City, Iowa 185th Aerial Refueling Wing (185ARW) is connected to an F-16 C+ aircraft from the 132nd Fighter Wing (132FW), Des Moines, Iowa for refueling during Dissimilar Air Combat Training mission, "Sentry Down Under" at the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Base, Williamtown, Australia on February 22, 2011.
