185th KC-135 performs aerial refueling of 132nd F-16s during deployment in Australia.

An F-16 C+ aircraft from the 132nd Fighter Wing (132FW), Des Moines, Iowa approaches the boom of a KC-135 fuel tanker from the 185th Air Refueling Wing (185ARW) of Sioux City, Iowa on February 22, 2011 in preparation to be refueled. The 132FW and 185ARW are currently deployed in Australia, engaged in Dissimilar Air Combat Training mission, "Sentry Down Under", with the Royal Australian Air Force, Williamtown.
