132nd Air Flight Equipment shop trains Australian pilot.
On February 22, 2011, FLGOFF Jono Pearson, F-18 pilot from the Williamtown Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Base, Australia, is strapped in to a parachute harness during flight training with the 132nd Fighter Wing (132FW), Des Moines, Iowa, in preparation for his ride in the 132FW F-16 D aircraft. RAAF F-18 aircraft are engaged with the 132FW F-16 aircraft in Dissimilar Air Combat Training (DACT). The 132FW along with the 185th Air Refueling Wing from Sioux City, Iowa, are in Australia participating in DACT mission, "Sentry Down Under". (US Air Force photo/Staff Sgt. Linda E.
