DeHaes assumes command of the 132nd Fighter Wing
Colonel William Drew "Toto" DeHaes accepts the 132nd Fighter Wing guidon from Brig. Gen. Gregory Schwab, Assistant Adjutant General, Air Component, Iowa National Guard assuming command of the Wing during a Change of Command ceremony held in the west hanger at the Des Moines ANGB.
