Patriot North MEOC
Tech. Sgt. Joeseph Stickel, a Cyber Transportation technician, and Master Sgt. Brad Kuennen, a Radio Frequency Transmissions Systems technician, place the weather station for the 132d Wing's Mobile Emergency Operations Center (MEOC) on July 19, 2017 at Fort McCoy, Wis. The weather station provides numbers for wind direction and temperature, among other things, so that Stickel and Kuennen can monitor weather conditions in support of PATRIOT North 2017.
